Bathroom Design & Installation
Bathroom Design & Installation by Imperial Luxury Projects LTD, designed for high-end residential and commercial interiors with careful specification, premium materials and a refined finish.
Design and installation, handled by one team
Bathroom design and installation covers the whole job from first measurements to the final seal: layout planning, product specification, structural preparation, plumbing, tiling and finishing. It suits homeowners who would rather deal with one accountable team than co-ordinate a designer, a plumber, a tiler and an electrician themselves.
The design stage settles the things that are expensive to change later. Where soil and waste runs can realistically go, whether the floor structure will carry large-format tiles or a stone tray, how much fall a shower area needs, and where lighting and heating have to be chased in before anything is boarded out.
Installation then follows a fixed order: strip out, first-fix plumbing and electrics, structural preparation and levelling, waterproofing where wet areas require it, tiling, second-fix, and finally sealing and commissioning. Getting that sequence right is what stops a bathroom needing remedial work a year later.
We work across London and the wider Greater London area. All trades are managed internally rather than subcontracted piecemeal, so the same team is responsible for the result from strip-out to handover.
Every quotation follows a structural site survey and is itemised, so material costs and labour are separated and you can see what is driving the figure. Call 07454 505140 or request a free site survey to get one.
Common questions
Can you work from a design or drawing I already have?
Yes. We check it against the constraints of the actual room - drainage falls, floor construction, supply type and ventilation - before anything is ordered, because designs produced without those in front of them often specify something the room cannot accommodate.
Who chooses the sanitaryware and brassware?
Either of us, or both. Where you choose, we check compatibility with the pipework and the layout before strip-out. Where we specify, it is from the survey and the set-out, so the fittings suit the space and the services rather than being fitted around afterwards.
What happens if something is unavailable partway through?
It is identified before strip-out wherever possible, which is why deliveries are checked against the layout at the start rather than as each stage arrives. Where a substitution becomes necessary, it is agreed rather than assumed, since a different waste position or valve type changes the first-fix work.
