Consultation
The room, lighting, use case and visual ambition are reviewed before materials are specified.
A London-focused luxury interiors studio creating decorative finishes, architectural art and bespoke surface design with a precise, high-end finish.
Imperial Luxury Projects LTD is a London-focused studio working across bathrooms, painting and decorating, and luxury decorative surfaces. Most projects draw on more than one of those, which is the reason the three sit together rather than as separate businesses.
Trades are managed internally rather than each stage being subcontracted separately. On a bathroom that means the same team is accountable from strip-out through first fix, waterproofing, tiling and second fix to handover, so the handovers between stages - where most problems in this work actually originate - are not passed between contractors.
Every project starts with a site survey rather than a figure over the phone. What is behind the surfaces, whether the floor will carry the specified finish, where services can realistically run, and what the room is being asked to do all change both the cost and what is possible, and none of it can be established remotely.
Quotations that follow are itemised, separating materials from labour and setting out preparation as its own line. Preparation is where scope varies most between one quotation and another, so leaving it implicit makes quotes look comparable when they are not.
Decorative work is agreed from samples prepared in the actual materials and viewed in the room under its own light, because sheen, depth and colour behave differently on a wall from how they read on a board or in a photograph.
We work across London on residential and commercial interiors. Call 07454 505140 or request a free site survey.
The Studio
Imperial Luxury Projects LTD works across London and Greater London for clients who want specialist finishes with architectural character. The studio brings together Venetian plaster, microcement, decorative finishes, gypsum art, luxury wall panels and bespoke interior art.
Working Method
The room, lighting, use case and visual ambition are reviewed before materials are specified.
Finishes and panel directions are refined through samples so the final surface feels deliberate.
Each finish is installed with attention to edges, transitions, scale and the wider architectural setting.
Design Studio
The Design Studio brings the former showroom pathway into About Us, giving clients a focused place to review bathroom finishes, Venetian plaster samples, microcement surfaces, gypsum art and luxury feature wall concepts.
